Scope of Work

  1. Process design of gas and oil industrial facilities as field facilities related with development of gas and oil condensate fields, incl.:
    • piping of gas and oil wells and wellpads, and nearfield facilities;
    • gas and oil flowlines from wells and wellpads to hydrocarbon collection and processing sites;
    • gas and oil pre-treatment and complex treatment facilities including:
      • flowlines entrances and slug catchers;
      • separation facilities;
      • gas dewatering facilities (low-temperature separation, low-temperature absorption, adsorption, absorption, etc.);
      • gas cooling units (air coolers, vapor compression units, turbo-expanding units);
      • reagent recovery units (absorbents and inhibitors);
      • condensate stabilization and fractionation units incl. producing of motor fuels;
      • booster and recovery compressor stations;
      • source and main pipeline pump stations for stable and unstable condensate and oil;
      • oil dewatering and desalination units;
    • main and inter-facility gas, oil and condensate lines;
    • main pipeline compressor stations;
    • underground gas, oil, gas condensate and processed products storages;
    • plants and single facilities for processing of natural gas, oil, gas condensate and associate products incl. those with gases having high content of sour components (H2S, CO2), reagent recovery units, fractionation units, hydrocarbon fraction processing units with producing of on-spec commercial products, sulfur recovery, storage tank fleets and commercial product storages, etc.;
    • helium plants for producing of liquid and gaseous helium;
    • plants and storage tank fleets for liquefied natural gas;
    • gas supply stations with pressure up to 1,2 MPa for enterprises and inhabited areas;
    • motor fueling stations for liquefied and compressed hydrocarbon gases and petroleum products as motor fuels.
  2. Development of urban planning documentation,incl.:
    • plot plan preparation;
    • infrastructure facilities site space planning preparation;
    • infrastructure facility allotment space planning preparation.
  3. Architectural design (design of industrial, accommodation and public buildings including foundations and basements, walls, flooring, roofs, facades, etc.)
  4. Civil design (design of steel, concrete, ferroconcrete, and other building structures)
  5. Design of utility networks and engineering systems:
    • heating, ventilation, conditioning;
    • water supply, drainage;
    • heat and gas supply;
    • cold supply;
    • electric power supply up to35 kV, electric lighting and heating;
    • automation and instrumentation;
    • communication, radio, television;
    • mechanization and transport (interurban and intra-site).
  6. Development of project special parts including environmental protection, corrosion protection of building structures, engineering and technical provisions for population defence, production and plant management, construction work mobilization, estimate documentation.
  7. Project engineering including development of investment intents and technical justifications of construction, receipt and preparation of initial data for designing, technical support of projects and construction field supervision.
  8. Engineering and geodetic, engineering and geological, engineering and hydro- meteorological, and engineering and ecological surveys incl. the same for areas with permafrost grounds.

The employees of the Institute apply in their work CIS established standards as well as the international standards and codes, design documentation can be translated into the English and German languages.
